1. Basic Concepts
1.1. Service is a licensed installed copy of the Projecto system, available on the Internet at the address agreed with the Administration of the Service, or a mobile Projecto app.
1.2. Administration is Simplentry DMCC, located at: 4404-021-D31, Mazaya Business Avenue BB2, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1.3. Company is a legal entity that has concluded a contract with the Administration for the implementation and/or support of the Service, and has appointed a System Administrator for a copy of the Service interacting with the Administration.
1.4. System Administrator is a representative of the Company implementing the Service, initial registration of Users and processing of their personal data.
1.5. Application is a mobile version of the Projecto system implemented as an application for iOS (and downloaded from the App Store) or for Android (and downloaded from the Google Play).
1.6. User is a user of the Service who is registered in accordance with the established procedure and uses the Service and/or the Application.
1.7. Privacy Policy is this Privacy Policy of Projecto service and apps.
1.8. Location is a set of geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude), as well as a radius in meters relative to a given point, which makes it possible to identify the fact of arrival or departure of Users to/from the corresponding region.
2. General Provisions
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official document defining the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using the Service and Applications.
2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of User information are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of the United Arab Emirates.
2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy, which is a public document, has been developed by the Administration and is available to any Internet User when clicking on the URL https://projecto.world/privacy, as well as placed in the "Settings" menu inside Applications.
2.5. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Administration notifies Users about this by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy no later than 10 days before the relevant changes take effect. The Administration also undertakes to keep the previous versions of the Privacy Policy posted in the public domain.
2.6. By using the Service and Applications, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the use of the Service and/or Applications must be immediately terminated.
3. Terms of Use
3.1. When providing services for the use of the Service and Applications, the Administration, acting reasonably and in good faith, proceeds from the fact that the User has all the necessary rights that allow him to launch and use the Service and Applications; indicates reliable information about himself in the amounts necessary for the Company to use the Service and Applications; realizes that information posted as a result of using the Service and Applications may become available to other Users of Applications, may be copied and distributed by such Users; is familiar with this Privacy Policy, expresses its agreement with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it.
3.2. The Administration collects and processes information exclusively about the System Administrators of the Companies. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about System Administrators.
3.3. The System Administrators of the Companies collect and process information exclusively about the Users of the Companies. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the Users of the Companies, for the storage and use of this information.
4. Purposes
4.1. The Administration processes information about System Administrators, including their personal data, in order to fulfill the obligations of Companies to the Administration regarding the use of the Service and Applications.
4.2. System Administrators of each Company process information about Users, including their personal data, in order to organize the proper operation of the Service and Applications within the Company.
5. User Information
5.1. The Administration (in relation to System Administrators) and System Administrators (in relation to Company Users) process User information, which includes:
- Name, email address, user ID, address, phone number – for editing Projecto profile;
- Approximate location and precise location – for getting weather forecasts and for informing other users of their tasks or events about arrival to their venue;
- Photos, videos and audio memos – for publishing in the corporate chats or issues to developers;
- Files and documents – for publishing in the corporate Projecto chats;
- Contacts – in order to display your contacts' birthdays in the Projecto calendar;
- Device ID, Crash logs and diagnostics data - for communication with developers about bugs;
- Data obtained as a result of User interactions when using the Service and/or Applications (including usage statistics, quantity of created tasks, events, projects, notes and documents) – for the product analysis purposes and planning the product development.
5.2. Applications request access to certain functions of the devices on which they are launched for the following purposes:
- access to the camera: to create a profile photo, to upload new photos and videos to the User's account in the Service;
- access to User's photos: to select a profile photo from among previously saved ones, to upload photos and videos already available on the User's device to the User's account in the Service;
- microphone access: to create audio notes of the User for the purpose of subsequent uploading to the User's account in the Service;
- access to the location services (when the Application is running): for automatic substitution of coordinates when the User creates new Places in the Service;
- access to the location services (in the background): to use geofencing technology that allows Users to be notified of the arrival and departure of other participants of tasks and events to their Venues;
- access to the integration with the phone and messengers: for the possibility of making calls quickly and for sending text messages to other Users of the Service.
6. Processing of Personal Data
6.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the principles of good faith; legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data; compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data, methods of processing personal data with the purposes of processing personal data.
6.2. Users' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems.
6.3. Users' personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except for cases expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy. The provision of personal data of Users at the request of state bodies and local self-government bodies is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by law.
6.4. Users' personal data is destroyed when the Administration deletes a copy of the Service after the expiration of the contract for the use of the Projecto system.
6.5. Data on the arrival and departure of users to Places collected in accordance with clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy, as a result of the use of geofencing technology, are not stored in the Service on a permanent basis and are not used for any other purposes, except for sending informational notifications to Users.
7. Rights & Obligations of Users
7.1. Users have the right to access information about themselves by logging into their own profile in the Service or in Applications.
7.2. System Administrators have the right to independently make any changes and corrections to information about themselves using the profile editing functions, provided that such changes and corrections contain up-to-date and reliable information.
7.3. Users have the right to independently edit the profile photo, as well as the "Website" field, using the profile editing functions, provided that such changes and corrections contain up-to-date and reliable information.
7.4. If it is necessary to edit other personal information in the profiles, Users have the right to request such changes to the System Administrators.
7.5. Users may, on the basis of requests, receive information from the Administration and System Administrators regarding the processing of their personal data.
8. Measures of Protection
8.1. The Administration takes technical and organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
8.2. The description of the relevant technical and organizational and legal measures is contained in the local regulations of the Administration.
9. Limitations
9.1. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
9.2. The Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties who have gained access to information about other Users as a result of using the Service and/ or Applications.
10. User Requests
10.1. Users have the right to send their requests to the Administration, including requests regarding the use of their personal data provided for in clause 7.5 of this Privacy Policy, in writing to the Administration's registration address, or in the form of an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates, to the email address sales@projecto.world
10.2. The request sent by the User must contain the following information:
- the number of the main identity document of the User or his representative;
- information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
- signature of the User or his representative.
10.3. The Administration undertakes to consider and send a response to the User's request received within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.
10.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from Users (appeals in written or electronic form) refers to restricted access information and is not disclosed without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the User's special consent except for responding to the subject of the request received or in cases expressly provided for by law.
